Apple Inc. (APPL)
You might know Apple as the largest producer of phones and computers in the USA. But did you know that they also have one of the most valuable stocks there is.
I think Apple will do well because people need their technology. We are consistently relying on these items for many tasks, now during the covid-19 pandemic more than ever. We need them for school, work, entertainment, and I need them to write this article.
Since the start of 2020, Apple's stock value has nearly doubled its size. There is no doubt that the Apple stock will continue to increase as we rely on technology more than ever.
Uber Technologies, Inc. (UBER)
Widely known for its taxi hailing platform, Uber is a company that provides a diverse amount of services. Uber also acquires many other companies, a recent one being Postmates - one of the largest food delivery service providers in the US.
I put Uber on this list because transportation is always going to be a requirement. As people begin to go out more, they don't want to commute on public transportation and might see Ubers as a safer alternative.
Since the beginning of this year, Uber has had around a 20 percent increase in stock value. I believe that throughout and after the pandemic Uber will continue to do well.
